Quality shipping and storage is paramount in caring for any wine. After carefully selecting our complete range, we take pride in total temperature control from the Vigneron to our warehouse. All wines are transported in temperture controlled trucks and containers, delivered door to door. Our warehouse is located in Brooklyn, Melbourne and monitored on a daily basis to ensure temperature regularity - fully insulated wall to ceiling. We never send to any client during the warmer months without knowing the weekly forecast in advance.

If there is nowhere safe and nobody home, they will leave a card and take your delivery to the nearest Australia Post Outlet.

The notifcation you receive will allow you to track your delivery with a specail tracking reference number. You can simply go online - enter the consignment number and check the status of your item.
