Premier Cru White Burgundy - Chardonnay. The nose has a little restraint and is quite suave, it's ‘flowing’ and harmonious. Ripe peach with thick furry skins. The fruit profile is riper and less aggressive initially but as two or three seconds pass, the finish becomes more so. Very long.
