"A beautifully elegant and pure if reserved nose offers up airy and ripe
notes of lemon, acacia blossom and white peach hints. There is equally
good purity to the refined middle weight flavors that possess a highly
seductive mouthfeel as well as a well-detailed and notably dry finish
where a subtle minerality surfaces. This too will need to develop better
depth, but my rating assumes that it will."
