Grand Cru Champagne - Blanc de Blancs. Base Vintage: 2014, disgorged in 2018. From estate vineyards in Cramant, Chouilly and Oiry. The vines are more than 30 years old. Only the first press is used and fermentation is in stainless steel with seven months on lees, then 41 months sur lattes followed by six months in its final bottled form before release. Partial malolactic fermentation is allowed for this cuvée. Ultra pure and electric. Extremely exciting wine.
