Loire Valley White - Melon de Bourgogne. Grape variety: Melon de Bourgogne, on sandstone and sandy soils. Pressed, settled, then fermented in barrels, demi-muits and tonnes, for ten months. Assembled in vats for one month before bottling. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, unfiltered. Bottled as Vin de France. Aged in neutral barrique.
