Pressed and settled, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation before aging on fermentation lees in stainless steel vats for nine months. Unfiltered. Fruity, citrusy and mineral. From a prestigious parcel with some of the oldest vines. Arguably the top wine made on the estate.
