Jura Red - Poulsard. Poulsard is a dark yet thin skinned grape variety that is predominantly found in eastern France and, of course, mainly in Jura. Ripe dried strawberry, mountain herbs all laced with defined sweet kirsch cherry. The palate shows some firm tannins, sweet button mushrooms, all laced with incredibly moreish wild mountain berries.
