Dry Provençal Rosé - Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah. The blend is dominated by Cinsault, and the secondary grape variety is Grenache. Depending on the vintage, Syrah and Rolle are used too, and more exceptionally they add a bit of Cabernet Sauvignon. The harvest is mainly processed during the night, in order to preserve the aromatic potential and to minimise the use of sulphur. The juice goes through cold settling for 48 hours on average, then fermentation and aging take place at a regulated temperature in concrete tanks. There is only one blend of this cuvee, but various bottlings.
