Grand Cru Champagne - Blanc de Blancs. Variety: Chardonnay. Dosage is three grams per litre. While still ripe and rich, the nose is impressively high toned and more mineral, laced with nuances of white floral notes. Palate is full yet mineral and light on its feet. Fantastic length.
