2016 Champagne Cazé Thibaut 'Naturellement' Pinot Meunier

Premier Cru Champagne - Pinot Meunier. Variety: Pinot Meunier. Dosage is two grams per litre. Disgorged February 2019. 50% barrique and 50% stainless steel, for eleven months. Beautiful yet apparent reduction that dissipates in the glass to reveal a very vinous and ripe Champagne. White floral notes, plenty of expressive red fruits with savoury solids and white peach. The palate is explosive and expressive with structure and flavour. This wine certainly has a wildness and a particular energy. Fantastic length.
