Jura White - Chardonnay. The nose while still defined, has rounder fruit than the 2014 vintage, with more of an emphasis on apple and pear skin rather than crystalline honeyed fructose. Plenty of dry floral extract all with salty and saline tension. The palate is clean, defined and shows wonderful purity.
