2018 Domaine Christian Clerget Echezeaux 'en Orveaux'

A subtle but still perceptible dollop of wood can be found on the markedly spicy nose that mixes ripe yet still attractively fresh notes of both red and dark currant, violet and rose petal. There is outstanding density to the sappy, suave and seductive medium weight plus flavors that flash evident power on the serious and hugely long finish.
