Loire Valley White - Sauvignon Blanc. High toned with beautiful tension, boiled lemon drops, lemon pith and juice. A lovely crystalline character to the wine. The palate is tight and mineral with an emphasis on grapefruit and lemon pith. A lovely complex and pleasing bitterness on the long finish.
