Loire Valley White - Melon de Bourgogne. Made using a combination of concrete eggs, old oak barrels and stainless steel. The wine is neither fined nor filtered and very minimal sulphur is used at bottling. The wine throws a slight haze. Beautifully crystalline, ripe orchard fruit flavours. Dried ripe pear, ripe nectarine and dried mango. The palate is round, defined and filled with a dried bruised orchard fruit texture. Lovely.
