Stock and Availability
Availability fluctuates due to yields, vintage and production. We always endeavour to be fair when allocation is required with any of our products during offers / catalogues.
- We reserve the right to allocate wines in any manner necessary to satisfy customer demands.
- All wines that are sold in our shopping cart are not the complete range.
- Changes to 'Our Wines' range is subject to change without notice.
Breakages
- If you receive your order and a bottle/s are broken, please contact us immediately or within 7 days. We will issue you with a credit or replacement bottle/s if in stock.
Corked Wines
- In the case of 'corked' wines, we must receive a claim within 3 years of purchase. The offending bottle must be sent to us immediately to assess its condition. If tainted, a full credit or replacement (if in stock) will be given.
Delivery and Packaging
- To ensure safe delivery of your order, we suggest full cases of 6 or 12 bottles when purchasing.
- We use strong, durable boxes for both wine and champagne with inserts for added safety.
- For Pre Arrival orders an estimated date of delivery date range will be written in the offer.
- Please allow up to 21 days for standard deliveries.
