Domaine Lucie Thiéblemont

Lucie Thiéblemont moved to Chablis to join her partner Charly at the family domaine, Domaine Paul Nicolle. With experience in Champagne, Lucie purchased a very old plot of Pinot Noir north of Chablis. The climate of Chablis is more akin to that of Champagne than the rest of Burgundy. This is a truly special wine that I would choose over many Champagnes.
