Seven generations of Bouzereaus have made wine in Meursault, and since 2005 the domaine has been run by Jean-Baptiste Bouzereau. Eleven hectares are farmed across Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Beaune, Pommard and Volnay, the great majority planted to Chardonnay. The vineyards have been worked organically since 2005 with biodynamic practices layered in over time, without seeking certification.

The winemaking is deliberately quiet. Fruit is hand harvested and slowly pressed, fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged on fine lees, with no sulphur added early on. The result is a house style of real aromatic complexity and richness of texture that never loses its purity or its freshness. The full 2024 range is offered here, from the Bourgogne Côte d'Or through the village Meursaults to Perrières, Genevrières and the Puligny premier crus, plus a short line of reds.
