This is also quite floral on the nose of the essence of pear, spice and similar hints of mineral reduction. Once again the middle weight and generously proportioned flavors are blessed with a beguiling texture while exuding a subtle stoniness on the youthfully austere, very dry and bitter zest-inflected finale. This isn't quite as firm though even so, this has the potential to repay up to a decade of keeping.
