Coteaux Champenois Blanc - Pinot Noir. Still White Wine From Pinot Noir. From 30 year old vines grown on argilo-calcaire soils. A non-vintage wine meaning a blend between vintages. The Pinot Noir is pressed off from its skins to produce a white wine. It spends eight months in barrel before further time in stainless steel until bottling.
