Pommard 'en Mareau'
Happy New Year! Now, it is currently 1 hour and 2 minutes before I have a Champagne to celebrate New Years Day with friends but what I do have in the arsenal for this afternoon is a bottle of 2017 Domaine Buisson Charles Pommard 'en Mareau'. A truly beautiful Pommard with more balance and velvety mouthfeel than some would expect from the village renowned for powerful Pinot Noir.
