Bordeaux Red, Merlot with Cabernet Franc and Malbec, raised in amphora rather than barrel. Certified organic, no additives and no corrections, the clay preserving pure fruit with no oak influence.

2021 was shaped by severe spring frost and mildew pressure before a dry, sunny and cool end to the season delivered fresh red fruit and supple tannins. The amphora cuvée is the softer, more perfumed side of the estate, a full and silky palate built on elegance and drinkability.
