Loire Valley White – Sauvignon Blanc. Kimeride is produced from the oldest vines grown on Kimmeridgian soils (the same fossil rich soils as the best sites in Chablis). It is only produced in the best years and is matured for extended time at the Domaine prior to release. Expect a layered, tense and mineral Pouilly-Fumé with a crystalline structure and a very long finish.
