50% whole bunch, 4 barrels retained! A rich dense purple. Rich saturated purple. The nose is very dense with a luxurious dark berry fruit and the stems are a little more submerged. This dark red fruit suffuses the palate where it is balanced by just the right acidity, and the tannins are entirely harnessed. Drink from 2032-2038. Tasted Jul 2023.
